There are
many ways for men to pleasure themselves. Here are just a few
tips. If you would like to share your favorite or most creative

Fisting
It
This is
a very common technique in that you simply wrap your fingers
around the shaft of your penis like a baseball bat and rub it
up and down. It provides lots of contact between your hand and
penis — and more contact means more pleasure. You can reverse
grip it from this technique as well for a different sensation.
Fingering
It
You can
use all of your fingers to only two for this technique. With
fingers on top of the shaft at a diagonal and your thumb below.
Simply running your fingers along the shaft like this can provide
a soft and mesmerizing effect.
The
Blow Job-
In order
to simulate the feeling of lips sliding over your penis, lube
up your erection and hold the shaft in one hand while you put
your dominant hand's index and middle fingers together horizontally,
palm toward your face, in front of the penis head. Push the
head into the gap between the fingers. The fingers should be
relaxed, not tense. Now pull back and do this over and over
the top third of your penis. Feel how the fingers conform to
the penis's contour as they slide over the head and back. As
you do this, position your other hand behind the "lips" your
fingers are making and grip and squeeze the head as you push
the penis in.
Mattress Love-
Get a plastic
sandwich baggie, saran wrap or bubble wrap and put some lubricant
in it. Then put your penis in and move it around to make sure
your penis is fully lubricated. Once that is done, kneel in
front of a bed. Lift the up mattress and put your penis, with
the baggie, bubble wrap, etc. still inside it, between the mattress
and the box-spring. Start thrusting in and out as if you were
having sex. Bonus is the easy clean up- when you're done, all
you have to do is throw away the baggie and wipe yourself off.
Sock
& Condom-
Get a condom
that's a little too big for your penis, fill the tip with water
and water-based lube.
Now get your penis wet and slippery and slide on the condom,
getting rid of any air bubbles. Unroll it all the way so it
has some excess at the end. It should feel super-smooth and
should slide without much friction. Get a soft and elastic sock,
and turn the open part inside out over the toe part. Carefully
pull it over your penis while making sure there's still some
slack at the end of the condom. Lie down on your couch, hold
the cushions apart with one hand, pull the sock down in with
the other, and settle into a lying-down position. If the lubrication
is right, the slightest movement will make your penis slip one
way or the other.
Bananarama-
Simply peel
a banana, slip the peel over your penis, and masturbate with
it. The banana slime is a cool natural lubricant. You can warm
up the peel in the microwave for added sensations. Just be careful
not to overheat to avoid burning yourself! Also, you might have
better results if you peel the banana by making just one cut
in the peel and removing the fruit through the single cut; you
can then cut off the end of the banana peel and insert your
penis through that end.
Dress
You Up In My Love-
Using a
soft piece of fabric or clothing (silk is the best- such as
silk boxers, but you can also use velvet, satin, etc.) Lie down,
and place the cloth over your penis. Then, with both hands rub
the fabric to the left and the right, with the silk touching
the sensitive underside of your penis. But don't rub too fast
or you will get the equivalent of carpet burn from the friction.
You can enhance the feeling by draping some of the fabric over
your scrotum so it gets stimulated, too.
Veggie
Melt -
Select an
eggplant, cucumber, zucchini that is sufficiently larger than
your erect penis. Cut a hole in the peel that's the exact size
of the base of your erect penis. Then make a hole in the pulp
smaller than your erection (using a broom handle works well).
Then put the eggplant in the microwave for about a minute, just
so it gets warm inside and starts to get a little soft, but
don't really cook it. Then, after you make sure with your finger
that the inside is cool enough, put in some lube (try coconut
oil), put the eggplant between a couple of pillows thrust away.
You can lie on your back and just move the veggie back and forth
on your erect penis. In addition, cantaloupe, watermelon are
fruits that work well.
Pasta
Masta -
Cook some
noodles in boiling water, pour off the excess water, and let
the noodles cool off. Then make a penis-size hole in the pasta,
which should be fairly stuck together at this stage. Then away
you go. The wet pasta should be enough for a lube. Caution:
Don't be too eager with this one — to avoid burning yourself,
the pasta must have cooled enough so you could hold a finger
inside it without any problem. You can also use lasagna noodles
to wrap around and slide up an down your shaft and head. Add
oil or lubricant for a smooth glide.
Endurance
Set a timer,
alarm clock, or digital watch to go off in 20 minutes and don't
let yourself ejaculate until the timer goes off. You can increase
the time if you desire. Waiting will increase the anticipation
because the alarm could ring at any second. Try to hover right
on the edge so you can orgasm immediately when the alarm rings.
It may seem like an eternity! It's especially good if the alarm
has a fairly long ringing cycle. If it continues to ring as
you begin ejaculating, it will heighten the sense of urgency
and tension relief.

Oprah
is of course a leader among women and I was so happy to see
that she covered these topics as they are truly important to
be educated and speak openly about these things.
I
couldn't help but think about the guests that appeared on the
show and how coming out in public with the life styles that
they chose for themselves would ultimately affect them. I think
that they may find themselves surprised at how much positive
and negative feedback they will receive as this is a topic that
people get worked up about.
Shocking
Swingers!
Obviously
Oprah's staff looked for the most shocking types of people to
reveal as swingers for that segment of the show; constantly
saying things that reinforced their personalities to be the
least likely type of person to do something like this.
For
example they kept mentioning that the swinger guests were Ph.D.s,
Masters educated, had children, was a minister, or even ran
a Brownie group. I had to chuckle when they kept emphasizing
that because I think people are truly so taken in by someone's
"credentials" and in turn tend to make those who seem
stereotypically "wholesome" seem incapable of sexual
activity that involves anything out of mainstream. The reality
is that it simply does not matter if you are a Ph.D. or a grade
school drop out... your sexual preference is not dictated by
education or social status. We are all human after all and have
individual needs that work with our own sexuality.
For
example, Tina and Sam have been married for 22 years and have
three children together. They're basically upstanding citizens,
they go to church every week, both have their Ph.D.s, and they
also say they are kind of "boring" people.
However
what most people do not know about Tina and Sam is that they
are swingers, often having intercourse with other couples. They
both look to clubs, or the Internet to meet other like-minded
couples.
Tina
expressed that for them, they felt that swinging enhances their
experiences with one another. "Some of the best sex we've

What
Is Healthy?
I
think where there is the most confusion is how to know when
a relationship is healthy and when it is not. The answer to
that is complex, but to simplify... it is healthy when you are
doing what fulfills you and allows for you to be empowered and
furthers your growth. It is unhealthy when you cause harm to
yourself or someone else (such as lying, cheating, and doing
things that lower your integrity).
The
best way to know what is right for you and/or your partner is
to COMMUNICATE. If there is one thing that I could stress above
all else in regard to what makes a relationship or sex great
it is communication.
My
husband and I have spent a great deal of time and effort to
make sure that we speak with one anther. We do not assume that
what we once felt or thought will always be the case because
we respect that we are always evolving as people and as a couple.
We find it essential to communicate about what we want in our
lives from our sex life to our relationship. Without that communication
I can't imagine that we would have the deep and loving marriage
that we have.
For
example, we touch base with one another to see how we are doing.
We will ask if we are feeling satisfied with one another in
specific areas and if not we discuss how we can improve. It
is a great idea to envision a relationship as a car that will
need to be fine tuned and provided maintenance over the years.
Without that, it will breakdown just as many marriages breakup.
When
my husband and I discussed having an open relationship and joining
a swingers lifestyle neither of us felt that we would be happy
with that path and so we have decided to have a closed monogamous
relationship which has happily served us.
However,
we do check in with one another to discuss whether we ever think
about that or if we are feeling that our choice no longer serves
us. So far we continue to desire a monogamous marriage, but
the fact that we take the time to openly ask is what I believe
is just one of the ways we show respect for one another through
a willingness to truly explore one another's desires, insecurities,
and other important aspects.
That
is why many swingers will tell you they are happy. Swingers
that are successful at their lifestyle are so because they do
the same thing. They lovingly communicate with one another allowing
open dialog that provides trust, safety and respect. When you
do this in a monogamous relationship or an open one you will

recently exposed a well-kept secret—the sex lives of American
wives. What they've discovered is startling. With over 15 percent
of women cheating on their husbands one must look at not only
why there is a shift but why they do it.

marriage is changing. People are looking outside of what is
defined as a "traditional marriage" to find what is

society have changed. With more than 60% of women in the work
force and over 25% of those women earning more than their male
partners, women are taking a different approach to sex.

They Do It?
Adrienne
Lopez and Stephanie Gertler are journalists who have written
a new book called To Love, Honor and Betray: The Secret
Life of Suburban Wives. They found that women who were
cheating on their husbands would end the affair if they were
treated differently by their husbands. Yet, that conclusion
sounds a bit one sided. It seems that if a woman or man cheats
on their significant other married or not that there is more
than just not being treated well.

Gertler almost tearfully told the Oprah audience "we would
ask them, If you came home one evening after having this affair,
and you walked in the house and your husband had votive candles
lit and was dressed beautifully, and he had a stew on the stove
and a bottle of wine, and he looked at you and said, 'Tell me
how to love you, tell me what it is I need to do to show you
I love you,' what would you do? Would you leave your lover?"
And every one of them cried and said that's what they want.
They want their marriage. They want their husband.
Problem
with a statement like that is the focus then becomes the cheater
now appearing to be the victim. This is simply not the case
in most situations. The truth is usually that neither partner
has made an effort to make their relationship work.

vaginal tightness can occur from inactivity. Of course
there are other reasons for tightness including menopause,
psychological tension, and even lack or lubrication.
However,
a woman's vagina can become tighter with inactivity alone.
If it is painful for her then I recommend starting with
finger activities that will help to stretch her opening
a bit and a lot of lubricant. Take things slowly at first
once you enter her with your penis and check in with her
to make sure she is not experiencing pain. After about
3-4 times she should feel that she can take you in without
too much friction. If she is still experiencing pain she
may want to be examined by her OBGYN for other potential
causes.

sexual response cycle works like this:
1)
A woman feels a slight interest in having a sexual experience
and feels a
"vague stirring" phase.
2)
She may become aroused and feel actual desire for sexual
expression.
3)
She
will experience excitement, during which many physiological
changes
occur, followed by heightened
arousal at the plateau phase.
4)
Then comes her orgasm, at which point she releases all
the pent-up energy
and blood engorgement that has
accumulated.
5)
She finds a resolution and sense of fulfillment.
All
along these phases are indicators, such as change in color,
increased breathing, swelling of genital tissue and hardness

Against Delta Goes to Appeals
Renee
Koutsouradis of Tarpon Springs, Fla., was on a Delta Air
Lines jet awaiting takeoff from Dallas when her name was
called over the loudspeaker and she was pulled from the
plane. Something was buzzing in her luggage. When taken
to the taxiway, she told a Delta security agent that the
buzzing was likely coming from a sex toy she and her husband
had just bought during their trip to Las Vegas.
She
was then ordered to remove the toy, hold it up and remove
its batteries, all in full view of some other passengers
on her flight. She claims a baggage handler then licked
his lips and made sexually inappropriate comments as other
Delta employees laughed.
Renee
has suffered nightmares and panic attacks and has been
treated for post-traumatic stress disorder because of
the incident. It says she was most disturbed by the "offensive
and outrageous" comments made by the Delta baggage handler
about her sex life. "
She
felt that in order for this to not happen to someone else
she was going to have to stand up to the airline," said
Craig Berman, Koutsouradis's attorney from St. Petersburg,
Fla. "She is facing further embarrassment to correct wrongdoing."
Koutsouradis
is seeking unspecified damages from Delta. Because it's
in federal court. Last October, the judge dismissed it,
saying federal aviation laws protect airline workers from
lawsuits while they are performing their jobs.
Koutsouradis'
attorneys say the law should not have applied to this
case. "Obviously, making sexual comments is not an airline
service," Berman said. "You can handle bags without offering
a sexual service."
FDA
Orders "Wild Thing" Viagra Ad Pulled
The
government ordered Pfizer Inc. to discontinue ads that
promised better sex for men taking Viagra because they
failed to disclose known risks associated with the drug.
The
commercial features a leering middle-aged man whose head
sprouts blue devil horns that become the "V" in Viagra.
In
a letter, the agency says the ad fails to provide necessary
information about the drug's known risks and side effects,
such as heart risks. And while the commercial proclaims
that with Viagra, the guy who used to be known as "Wild
Thing" is back -- the FDA says there's no substantial
evidence that the drug can deliver better sex. Pfizer
has already removed the ad from its Web site and says
it's also being pulled from TV. The company is drafting
a formal reply to the FDA's letter.
Cross Dressing Causes Homosexuality?
This
is news to me! I did not even know they were related...
oh, that is right they aren't! Yes, Texas has another
person up in arms about sexuality. It turns out that a
homecoming tradition in which boys dress like girls and
vice versa in a tiny Texas school district won't be held
after a homophobic parent complained about what she regarded
as the event's homosexual overtones.
Despite
the fact that the school has done this during their spirit
week for not just years, but generations it seems a bit
odd that someone would suddenly complain. However, Delana
Davies, 33, said she complained after reading a school
notice about it. Davies, whose 9-year-old son and 4-year-old
daughter attend Spurger Elementary, said she viewed the
day not as a silly Homecoming Week activity, but rather
something related to homosexuality. ``It's like experimenting
with drugs,'' Davies said. ``You just keep playing with
it and it becomes customary. ... If it's OK to dress like
a girl today, then why is it not OK in the future?''
First
of all Delana, let me explain to you that many cross dressers
are not gay, so you may want to expand your mind a bit
before you begin your backward crusade. What we do know
is that men who have had life long desires to be a cross
dresser have been found to have brains much like a female
and that it is truly a physical and chemical difference
that comes into play.
Secondly,
having kids dress up for fun as the opposite sex is not
going to contribute to someone choosing a life of homosexuality.

Playboy.com unveiled their latest “Women Of” series– the
Women of McDonalds. The series, which follows the Women

Six
women were chosen to shed their clothes from hundreds
of entries submitted by employees of the fast food giant.
“I’ve
heard about Playboy.com doing other ‘Women of’ pictorials
so when I heard they were interested in employees from
McDonald’s, I knew I wanted to submit my photos,” said
Cristy Creighton, one of the Women of McDonald’s models.
“The experience of posing for Playboy has been so exciting
and I am honored to have been chosen as one of the models
for this pictorial.”

Porn Spammers Are Sued By Microsoft
Microsoft
has sued a group of porn spammers it accuses of sending
unsolicited porn eMails to millions of MSN Hotmail and
Internet Access customers.
The
litigation accuses the unnamed spammers of placing "a
tremendous burden on Microsoft" by flooding MSN and Access
users with spam aimed at luring them to porn sites.
eContent Ratings In Taiwan
Taiwan
intends to impose an Internet content ratings system similar
to movie ratings starting in late October 2005.
The
Taiwanese GIO said Internet content under the coming ratings
system would likely fall under four categories, general,
protection (barred from children under six years old),
PG18 (barred from those under 12 years old, with those
12-18 requiring parental or guardianship accompaniment),
and restricted (adults only).
The
government intends for city and county governments to
enforce the ratings, though it isn't yet determined exactly
what kind of content beyond porn and violent content might
be considered adults only or acceptable for kids joined
by their parents.
The
government may also fine Internet service providers and
content providers alike in six figures and order their
suspension from operations, if they fail to grade their
information under the guidelines of the coming ratings
system, the CIO said.
Nuns Have A Alcohol & Sex Filled Vacation
Twelve
American nuns have been suspended from their convent after
going on an alcohol and sex fueled holiday. The women,
all aged between 22 and 31, went on the Club 18-30 holiday
without telling anyone where they were going. During the
trip it has been claimed the nuns slept with a total of
43 men between them on the two-week trip. Every single
one of the "holy women" confessed to what they
had been up to. Amazingly the 12 ladies tried to excuse
their behavior by claiming they wanted to experience sin.
Spencer Gifts Charged In Selling
Sex Toys
The
Tupelo Police Department in northeast Mississippi recently
charged a Spencer Gifts clerk with the distribution of
unlawful sexual devices. The American Family Association
were behind the bust.
The
state of Mississippi forbids a person to knowingly sell,
advertise, publish, or exhibit "to any person any three-dimensional
device designed or marketed as useful primarily for the
stimulation of human genital organs."
After
sending an undercover agent into the mall store to purchase
one of the sexual devices, local law enforcement officers
found the clerk in violation of the state law.
Following
the sting operation, officers went into the store and
seized approximately $2,000 worth of merchandise that
may fall in this category. The
maximum penalty for violating the law is a fine of $5,000
and six months imprisonment. He also noted that Mississippi
is not the only state with laws that regulate the sale
of sexual devices -- Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas,
Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas have similar laws.
Spencer
Gifts, which is owned by Gordon Brothers Group, is located
in all of those states -- and has a total of 660 stores
throughout the U.S. and 27 in Canada.
Adult Businesses Are Under Attack
Efforts
by local governments to regulate adult businesses have
spawned legal battles across the country, with at least
10 cases decided by federal appeals courts this year.
"There is more adult-business litigation under way now
than I've ever seen," said C. Michael Hatzell, a lawyer
who represents several adult businesses in a dispute with
Louisville, KY.
Seven
of the 10 rulings handed down by federal courts this year
have gone against adult businesses. Governments appear
to be doing a better job of drafting ordinances that don't
violate the free-speech rights of the business owners
a typical argument in litigation.
The
most recent Supreme Court decision on the matter, issued
in June, reinforced local governments' authority to license
adult businesses. It answered a question about how adult-business
operators must be allowed to appeal adverse decisions
by municipal officials, he said.
In
the New Albany case, the lawyer for New Albany DVD argues
that the city violated his clients' First Amendment rights
by closing the store and that it must submit specific
evidence about the impact of adult businesses on neighborhoods
if it wants to keep the store from reopening. City officials
shut the store down by citing its lack of building and
zoning permits. New Albany DVD's operators said the city
illegally refused to perform a final inspection they had
requested.
Tornado Exposes Child Porn
In
Frederick, Maryland workers repairing a home damaged in
a tornado discovered nearly two dozen boxes filled with
child pornography. The homeowner, Robert L. Medvee, 52,
was charged with 48 counts of creating computer images
of child pornography and 48 counts of possession of child
pornography, sheriff's Deputy Jennifer Bailey said.
The
seized material -- computer discs, videotapes and photographs
-- filled 20 to 24 boxes, Frederick County State's Attorney
Scott Rolle said. "It was the largest seizure of child
pornography I've ever seen. We had to bring in a pickup
truck to get all of it out of there."
Just One Of Many Ways Conservatives Are Making Sexual
Educators Jobs Challenging
Minnesota
AIDS Project (MAP) submitted a brochure for approval to
the Minnesota Department of Health aimed at preventing
the spread of HIV. The pamphlet featured four photographs
of a man demonstrating how to don a condom.
MAP
intended to distribute the provocative literature at gay
bars and other locales as part of its "safer sex kit."
But shortly after the brochure was delivered to the health
department, MAP received a strange request.
The
state agency asked the organization to provide a "model
release," basically a signed waiver from the man whose
penis was featured rather graphically in the brochure.
One
problem: the organization had no idea whose penis was
featured on the literature. The image had been pulled
from a website. Since there was no way to obtain a release
form, the AIDS organization was forced to hire a model
and recreate the images to use on the pamphlet.
"What
should've been a no-brainer became a three-month process,"
recalls Bob Tracy, MAP's director of development. "That
is the way bureaucracies are able to shut you down without
coming right out and saying, You can't do this." MAP and
other AIDS organizations fear that they will soon run
into more such hurdles in attempting to do effective prevention
work, especially among gay men.
In
June, the Centers for Disease Control issued new proposed
guidelines for prevention materials that have raised serious
concerns among AIDS service organizations. If implemented,
all federally funded prevention materials, including web
content, would have to be green-lighted by a local or
state health agency.
The
purpose of the new requirement is supposedly to ensure
that the materials are scientifically accurate and not
obscene. In the past, nonprofit groups have had the option
of creating their own panel to review literature. Many
AIDS officials fear that the change will lead to censorship,
bureaucratic meddling, and, ultimately, less effective
efforts to prevent the spread of HIV.
This
is not the only troubling provision in the proposed regulations.
In addition, all federally funded prevention materials
would be required to include information warning people
that condoms are not 100 percent fail-safe. AIDS organizations
fear that this will have the practical impact of discouraging
people from using condoms.
"Condoms
are an effective way to stop transmission of HIV," says
Tracy. "To say otherwise is inaccurate." A 60-day public
comment period on the proposed changes ended in August.
The CDC is expected to announce the final regulations
by mid-December. The changes are part of a larger, nationwide
trend of attacks on organizations that run prevention
efforts aimed at gay men.
The
most notorious recent example is that of the STOP AIDS
Project, a San Francisco nonprofit group that has long
been a pioneer in developing effective, often provocative,
safe-sex programs. Starting
in 2001, the organization was beset by a string of federal
audits questioning its financial integrity and programmatic
effectiveness.
More
tellingly, the group was criticized for supposedly promoting
sexual activity. Even though the feds found no significant
shortcomings, in July STOP AIDS Project was denied federal
prevention funding. Jason Riggs, communications director
for STOP AIDS Project, believes that the elimination of
funding was simply a backhanded way to punish the organization
even though the government couldn't find any wrongdoing
by the group. "You can't prove it, but it feels like it,"
he says.
The
government harassment of STOP AIDS Project has had a ripple
effect across the country, causing AIDS organizations
to think twice before utilizing sexually explicit prevention
materials. Tracy fears that the end result will be a gutting
of effective safe-sex programs for gay men. "If we keep
going down this road I can guarantee that in the next
four years HIV intervention is going to be about reversion
therapy," he says, referring to programs that attempt
to convert gay people to heterosexuality. "We're going
to be funding those programs as HIV prevention."

A
Spanish-language version of Windows XP, destined for Latin
American markets, asked users to select their gender between
"not specified," "male" or "bitch," because of an unfortunate
error in translation.
The Price Of Fear
A
San Diego woman said she drove home from Denver rather
than submit to what she viewed as an intrusive search
by airport security screeners.
Ava
Kingsford, 36, said she was flagged down for a pat-down
search at Denver International Airport last month as she
prepared to board a flight home with her fiancé and 3-month-old
son. Ava
objected when a female screener with the Transportation
Security Administration told her, "I'm going to feel your
breasts now."
"She
was patting me down, and frisking me, and basically covering
all parts of my body, my legs, and wanding me with the
security wand. And when I thought she had completed her
search, she looks at me and said, 'I'm going to be feeling
your breasts now,'" Kingsford said. "I was stunned, and
I said, 'I beg your pardon?!" Ava said when she told
the screener that she was uncomfortable with it, more
security agents and police officers arrived.
They
told her that she couldn't board her flight without submitting
to the final step of the search. "I was shaking, I was
sobbing. I couldn't believe that this was happening to
me. It was surreal. It was like out of a movie, with these
guys yelling at me, telling me that, yes, she has to feel
my breasts or I'm not getting on my airplane," Ava said.
They
took her to a private area to continue the search, but
she said she was still uncomfortable with them touching
her breasts so she tugged down her shirt to show them
that she wasn't hiding anything. "And then they said,
'That's it. We're not going to complete the search and
you're not boarding your plane,'" Kingsford said. "They
escorted us out and said they didn't care how we got home,
it wasn't their problem." She and her fiancé ended up
renting a car for the 15-hour drive home.
Woman Attacks Couple For Not Having
Sex
Julie
Rose and her husband William, propositioned a foursome
to their Mexican neighbors Marcio Morais and his wife
Sandra Carvalho, by slipping a note under their door.
However when the Rose's request was ignored they arrived
at their neighbors house and put forth their suggestion.
