To check the status of your order, simply
call
or eMail us with the following

Overnight
Shipping
If you would like us to overnight your package
we can do so, however you will need to call or eMail us after
you place your order to request it. We need to verify that we
have the item in stock in addition to an extra shipping charge.
Overnight orders can be arranged Monday - Thursday by 1pm MST.
Please request this in the Special Order Instructions field in
our cart or by phone. We will contact you with additional shipping
costs (usually about $25, but may be more). The amount is based
on your order, area and carriers available. If we cannot reach
you with a shipping quote before our cut off time to ship, we
will take your request as permission to charge the additional
amount for shipping.
What
Type Of Shipping Options Do You Offer?
We
primarily ship using a postal address, however, we are VERY flexible.
If there is a request that you have in addition to our standard
fees which will be calculated when you order... simply call or
eMail us and we will send your order to you any way you like.
We ship to you at the lowest rates available... as we believe
in giving you the best for your money.
We
do allow for rush orders which will be sent priority shipping.
U.S.
Shipping-
Once
your order has been processed, standard shipping takes approximately
5 -15 business days, priority shipping takes 2 - 4 business days.
Please note that depending on where you live it can take longer.
Liberator and Tunti products tend to take longer to ship due to
weight, if you need these products sooner, extra charges may apply.
International
Shipping-
Once
your order has been processed, shipping
takes approximately 10 - 20 business days (depending on where
you are located in the world). Please note that depending on where
you live it can take longer. We do not ship using Fed Ex for International
orders, and International Orders over $200.00 will be sent UPS
and additional shipping charges will apply.
Order
Showing As Delivered But You Do Not Have It-
If
your order is showing as delivered, however, you have not received
it, please be sure to check with your neighbors, family members,
your landlord or building manager. You should also check your
porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If the package is still
not found, you will want to contact the shipping carrier (i.e.:
USPS, Fed Ex, etc). with your tracking number so that you can
speak with the actual person that delivered it, as they may be
able to assist you in finding it by telling you where they left
it. If you suspect that the order has been stolen, this is considered
a federal offense and you should contact the local police to file
a report in addition to letting us know.
