What
You Can Expect
We
do everything we can to ensure that you receive the best in customer
service. Please review our ordering terms below.
Our
Online Transactions Are SECURE. We use a 3rd party company- Card Services
International/LinkPoint, they are one of the most reputable credit card
companies on the web. They stake their reputation on providing safe
and secure online transaction services, so you can feel safe knowing
that we only use the best, most secure methods to process your credit
card.
Why
Do We Need Your eMail Address?
Your
eMail will remain private, we simply need it to send your receipt. We
DO NOT send unsolicited eMails or Mail. We WILL NOT sell your eMail
or Physical address.
We
Ship Discreetly
Your
order will be shipped DISCREETLY as H.W., Inc. and your credit card
will show Holistic Wisdom, Inc. We
know that when ordering certain products that it is what our customers
expect. We ship using plain boxes and bubble mailers.
Postal
Address Required
We
require a deliverable postal address unless specified in your order
and approved by our staff as additional charges may apply depending
on the carrier you choose.
Correct
Phone Number & Address
You
must use the phone number associated with your credit card to process
your order. We need this so that we can confirm that you are indeed
the card holder. Failure to do this may result in us holding or canceling
your order. If your order is held because you have not provided us with
the correct information that matches what your credit card company has
on file, you will not entitled to a refund for a rush order fee. Addresses
are copied into our shipping system using the one you provide when placing
the order. If a package is returned because it was entered incorrectly
by you when you placed your order, then you will be responsible for
the cost of reshipping.
Sexual
Health Products
When
you order a product from us that is sexual in nature, you confirm that:
You are 18 years of age or older. It is legal
for you to possess adult material where you live. You are not violating
any laws by ordering from us. You will not allow minors to have access
to any adult material you purchase. You understand and accept responsibility
for your own actions and release Holistic Wisdom, Inc. and our service
providers from all liability for your purchase and accessing our web
site(s).
Signature
Confirmation
Any
order over $150.00 or that has a different shipping address than the
billing address will require a signature confirmation. Certain products
may also be sent signature required. We do this to protect our customers
from theft and because the credit card companies require it as proof
of delivery. Please provide a shipping address that will allow for this.
If you specifically request to waive signature we require you complete
a form releasing us from liability of the delivery of your package as
we can not be held responsible for your package once it has been delivered
to the location you have specified.
If
you put instructions in your order for a signature to be waived, then
we will automatically request a release form, regardless of the amount
of your order as it is required from your credit card company as proof
of your permission to have the package left without signature required.
Combining
Two Orders
If
you place more than one order online we cannot lower your shipping cost
once the orders have already been placed as the funds will have already
been withdrawn from your account. If you wish to place an order after
you just placed one, we ask that you call to add the second one so that
we can manually process the second order and provide a shipping discount
if we can combine them.
Shipping
Turn Around Time
Our
standard turn around time to get a product on it's way to you is less
than 48 BUSINESS hours plus mailing time. Our
cut off for shipping standard orders the same day it was ordered is
2pm MST. Overnight orders must be in by 1pm MST. Please refer to our
business hours for more information.
Orders
By Check
Orders made by check via PayPal or by mail will
have to wait until the check clears before we can ship the merchandise.
This can take as long as 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank.
Back
Ordered Items
Occasionally
we have items that have to be reordered (backordered). This usually
only takes a matter of days to receive a new shipment from the manufacturer.
If you need an item by a certain date, you should call
or eMail us and make sure we have it in stock to ensure it gets
there in time. If you desire these products to be shipped in partial
shipments a $5 S&H fee will apply.
Back
Ordered Items & Substitutes
If
you choose a substitute for a back ordered item, DO NOT place another
order, we can simply apply it to the order that you have already placed.
If you do place another order you can opt for a refund minus a 15% credit
card processing fee or a store credit in the full amount.
Typical
Domestic Mailing Times
Rushed
Orders: Allow 2-4 business days (plus
1-2 business days for processing).
Standard Orders: Allow 5-15 business days (plus 1-2 business
days for processing).
Overnight
Shipping
If you would like us to overnight your package
we can do so, however you will need to call or eMail us after you place
your order to request it. We need to verify that we have the item in
stock in addition to an extra shipping charge. Overnight orders can
be arranged Monday - Thursday by 1pm MST. Please request this in the
Special Order Instructions field in our cart or by phone. We will contact
you with additional shipping costs (usually about $25, but may be more).
The amount is based on your order, area and carriers available. If we
cannot reach you with a shipping quote before our cut off time to ship,
we will take your request as permission to charge the additional amount
for shipping.
Credit
Card Verification
With
the amount of credit card fraud today, we are very careful about processing
orders to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our customers as
well as protecting our own company. In addition to using a completely
secure credit card processing shopping cart online and secure processing
system through phone orders, we double check information on each individual
order. What many people do not realize is that while customers can usually
get their money back from false charges, the credit card companies not
only make the merchant pay for the charge, but charge fees. Therefore,
you can imagine that we as the merchant take credit card fraud very
seriously as ultimately we are the financial victims.
Extra
Bank Information
We
require that when you place your order with us that you use not only
the billing address and verification number on the back of your card
associated with the account, we also require that you use the phone
number associated with the account so that we can verify it with the
credit card company. In addition to this, we may require that you provide
us with the bank address and phone number that issued the card so that
we can contact them directly. We typically only do this for International
orders, but on occasion may have to do further research on orders shipping
in the United States.
We
will gather this information from you and apply it to your order. DO
NOT place another order, we can simply apply it to the order that you
have already placed. If you do place another order you can opt for a
refund minus a 15% credit card processing fee or a store credit in the
full amount.
Shipping
To A Non-Billing Or Verified Address
If
you chose to have an order sent an address that is not on file with
your credit card company as the billing address, we may require that
you complete a release form that confirms that you are the card holder
and give us permission to ship to an alternative address. If you have
a non-verified address, we may require further research and documentation
such as a photocopy of an ID to ship your order.
US
Phone Number Verification
In
cases were items have been purchased using a different shipping address
than the billing address, we will require that we be able to contact
you through the verified phone number on file with your credit card
company. We do this to ensure that the merchandise is not being shipped
to a thief that is using your credit card.

Errors
In
the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to an error, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Right
To Refuse Orders
An
electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our
offer to sell. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. reserves the right at any time
after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any
reason. We may require additional verifications or information before
accepting any order.
Sales
Tax
Holistic
Wisdom, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Colorado. Each
customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes,
on orders shipped to any other state or country.

International
Customs Delays, Fees & Other Restrictions
Holistic Wisdom,
Inc. is only responsible for the time in which we ship the package,
we are not responsible for delays or denials of admittance in to your
country caused by your Customs office. For more information on this,
