Why Do We Ask for Your Email Address?


Your email will remain private, we simply need it to send your receipt. If you do not provide it, then you will not receive a receipt or shipping information about your order. We DO NOT send unsolicited emails or Mail. We WILL NOT sell your email or physical address.

We Ship Discreetly

Your order will be shipped DISCREETLY. We know that when ordering certain products that it is what our customers expect. We ship using plain boxes and bubble mailers.

Correct Phone Number & Address

You must use the phone number associated with your credit card to process your order. We need this so that we can confirm that you are indeed the card holder. Failure to do this may result in us holding or canceling your order. If your order is held because you have not provided us with the correct information that matches what your credit card company has on file, you will not entitled to a refund for a rush order fee. Addresses are copied into our shipping system using the one you provide when placing the order. If a package is returned because it was entered incorrectly by you when you placed your order, then you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or any carrier fees associated with corrections. Reshipping costs will be the actual cost to reship it to you and any promotional rates honored when we originally shipped your order will no longer apply.

PayPal Unconfirmed Addresses

We take special care to prevent credit card and bank fraud. If you are using a PayPal account that is unconfirmed we may request additional verification through a scanned copy of an ID in order to ship your order.

When you order a product from us that is sexual in nature, you confirm that-

You are 18 years of age or older. It is legal for you to possess adult material where you live. You are not violating any laws by ordering from us. You will not allow minors to have access to any adult material you purchase. You understand and accept responsibility for your own actions and release Holistic Wisdom, Inc. and our service providers from all liability for your purchase and accessing our web site(s).

Signature Confirmation

Sometimes, our customers desire a package to be signed for by an adult while others request no signature required. You may request for your package to be sent with signature or no signature required in the Special Order Instructions field upon check out.

If you specifically request no signature required, this will serve as a legal release that you have authorized us to ship in this manner and that you understand that Holistic Wisdom, Inc. will not be held responsible for the package once it leaves our facility. If your package is lost or stolen and the carrier shows your package as delivered, you will still be responsible for the charges as it was your request to have the package left.

Combining Two Orders

If you place more than one order online we cannot lower your shipping cost once the orders have already been placed as the funds will have already been withdrawn from your account. If you wish to place an order after you just placed one, we ask that you call to add the second one so that we can manually process the second order and provide a shipping discount if we can combine them.

Orders By Check

Orders made by check via PayPal or by mail will have to wait until the check clears before we can ship the merchandise. This can take as long as 3 - 7 business days depending on your bank.

Back Ordered Items

Occasionally we have items that have to be reordered (backordered). This usually only takes a matter of days to receive a new shipment from the manufacturer. If you need an item by a certain date, you should call or email us and make sure we have it in stock to ensure it gets there in time.

Back Ordered Items & Substitutes

If you choose a substitute for a back ordered item, DO NOT place another order, we can simply apply it to the order that you have already placed. If you do place another order you can opt for a refund minus a 15% credit card processing fee or a store credit in the full amount.

Credit Card Verification

With the amount of credit card fraud today, we are very careful about processing orders to ensure the safety and confidentiality of our customers as well as protecting our company. In addition to using a completely secure credit card processing shopping cart online and secure processing system through phone orders, we double check information on each individual order. What many people do not realize is that while customers can usually get their money back from false charges, the credit card companies not only make the merchant pay for the charge, but charge fees. Therefore, you can imagine that we as the merchant take credit card fraud very seriously as ultimately we are the financial victims.

Because we sell instant access items such as ebooks, classes, tutorials, etc. we charge all orders at the time an order is placed. This also assists us in determining if your card is verified through your back via virtual verification systems.

Extra Bank Information

We require that when you place your order with us that you use not only the billing address and verification number on the back of your card associated with the account, we also require that you use the phone number associated with the account so that we can verify it with the credit card company. In addition to this, we may require that you provide us with the bank address and phone number that issued the card so that we can contact them directly. We typically only do this for International orders, but on occasion may have to do further research on orders shipping in the United States.

We will gather this information from you and apply it to your order. DO NOT place another order, we can simply apply it to the order that you have already placed. If you do place another order you can opt for a refund minus a 15% credit card processing fee or a store credit in the full amount.

Shipping To A Non-Billing Or Verified Address

If you chose to have an order sent an address that is not on file with your credit card company as the billing address, we may require that you complete a release form that confirms that you are the card holder and give us permission to ship to an alternative address. If you have a non-verified address, we may require further research and documentation such as a photocopy of an ID to ship your order.

US Phone Number Verification

In cases were items have been purchased using a different shipping address than the billing address, we will require that we be able to contact you through the verified phone number on file with your credit card company. We do this to ensure that the merchandise is not being shipped to a thief that is using your credit card.

Site Errors

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Customer Order Errors

When you place items in our online shopping cart, please make sure that you have ordered the correct product and quantity as we will ship you what you have placed in the shopping cart and are not able to take returns if you have made a mistake and have ordered the wrong product or too many of something. This is due to a very strict return policy that keeps our customers safe and allows us to promise that you will always receive new, unopened items from our company. We take your health very seriously and would never allow a return to be restocked and sold, as once it leaves our facility, we can no longer verify that it is unused. With the serious risks of STDs and other health issues, our loyal customers appreciate this policy. However, it also means that our customers must be careful to double check their order before they submit it, to make sure that they are ordering what they truly desire.

If you notice an error you have made after you have processed your order and request that we refund your order for any reason, we will refund your credit card minus a 15% merchant processing fee based on charges your credit card company takes from us for processing the return that you have requested.

Credit Card Charge Disputes

We always encourage customers to contact us should something go wrong with their order as we do our best to resolve concerns quickly and to the customer's satisfaction. If you have contacted your credit card company or PayPal to initiate a chargeback (to dispute a legitimate charge by our company) on your account, and you did so without contacting us (as that is recommended by your credit card company and PayPal) in an attempt to resolve your concerns; you will be responsible for the original charge of the order plus a $50 charge back fee, as this is what we have to pay in merchant fees and staff fees for your having erroneously initiated this process.

Right To Refuse Orders

An electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

International Customs Delays, Fees & Other Restrictions

Holistic Wisdom, Inc. is only responsible for the time in which we ship the package, we are not responsible for delays or denials of admittance in to your country caused by your Customs office.

U.S. Currency

All orders are processed using U.S. currency. If you place an order using a check or money order, you will need to ensure that you send the proper U.S. dollar amount. If you place an order online, you will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you are using an International bank they may convert your currency for you to match the amount in U.S. dollars. For questions as to how your bank does this or what fees they may charge, you will need to speak with your bank directly as we simply charge in U.S. dollars as stated on our website and do not control how your bank processes a currency conversion.

Dollar & Penny Sale Items

You Must Order $69 to Get A Dollar or Penny Product for 1 Dollar or Penny / Limit 1 Dollar and Penny Item per Order Shipping will be free once $69 in products added to your cart. If you ignore this rule, here is how we will proceed-

  • If you order $69 or more in products but you have added more than 1 Dollar or 1 Penny Item you will only be shipped one of each and be given a store credit for the other dollar and penny items not shipped. To use your store credit, simply enter your order number into the Gift Certificate field and click the Gift Certificate button to apply it to a future order.

  • If you do not order $69 or more in products then you will not be shipped any of the dollar or penny items you have put in your order and will be given a store credit. To use your store credit, simply enter your order number into the Gift Certificate field and click the Gift Certificate button to apply it to a future order.

  • If you only order dollar or penny items you will not be shipped anything and we will issue you a store credit. To use your store credit, simply enter your order number into the Gift Certificate field and click the Gift Certificate button to apply it to a future order.
