Penis Sleeves
How They Work & How To Use Them

Penis sleeves (a.k.a.: penis extenders) are designed to provide men with added length and/or girth to their penis. They are often ribbed or textured to provide additional stimulation to a partner and sometimes they have a vibrator attached to them to increase blood flow to your penis as well as provide stimulation to a partner's clitoris, perineum or anus.

Penis sleeves are particularly good for men who experience premature ejaculation as they act as a natural desensitizer by covering the head of a man's penis.

Penis Sleeves - Extenders

Penis sleeves can also be used by placing them over dildos to make the dildo bigger or softer. For example, some like using them over dildos that are metal or glass to give a different feel to them while others enjoy just making their current dildo larger.

How to Use a Penis Extender

  • The best way to put them on is to roll them on in order to create suction inside the penis extender.

  • You can opt to use lubricant inside of them to create additional sensation; however, too much lubricant can cause it to slip so make sure that if you use lubricant inside that you use small amounts.

  • Additional penis rings can be used to help hold a penis sleeve in place, making sure to use it only for short amounts of time so as to not hold blood in the penis for too long a time. Please read our Cockring Article & Safety Guide

  • Realistically, a man will have decreased sensitivity from extenders that cover the head of their penis, however, pressure from squeezing is still felt. That is why most soft sleeves are not idea for men with erectile dysfunction (ED) unless they are firm and provide support.

  • As mentioned penis extenders are not typically for men who have erectile dysfunction (ED) as they are usually soft and do not typically provide the rigid support of a penis ring or hollow dildo. There are some that are rigid, so it depends on the style. See what penis extenders are available here.

  • Penis sleeves should not be used as condoms as many of them are made with materials that are porous which would not protect against unwanted pregnancy or STDs.
