We value your business and understand that shopping online can make product selection challenging. This is why we go to great lengths to provide you with extensive product information such as product materials, noise levels, power levels, measurements and more. We encourage you to use this information when you make a purchase, as all sales are final.

Please review our refund and exchange policy below-

All items are nonreturnable unless they have a manufacturer defect and all sales are final. When a refund is approved for a defective item, it will not apply to ebooks, gift certificates, video clips, memberships, certifications, access to educational web sites & catalogs.

We only sell new products and our loyal customers appreciate our strict policies regarding this. While we know that there are companies that do resell used products, we would never dream of being one. Why We Do Not Take Non-Defective Returns

1) We believe strongly in treating our customers with respect. Due to the nature of our products we want to make sure that our customers are protected and our loyal customers appreciate that. We do everything we can to make sure that nothing could have any possibility of being dirty, damaged or something that someone has used before. Once it leaves our facility there is no way of verifying that products are still new and unused and therefore we do not take returns.

2) Due to risks of STDs it would be a huge liability to be sending a sex toy that may have been used. No business should ever risk a customer's health and we feel very strongly about this issue because we care about our customer's health.

Manufacturer Defects

All returns for defective items must be approved before we can accept them. We do not accept non-defective returns. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us.

If an item has a manufacturer defect, you may exchange the product for up to 30 days after you receive your purchase for the same product. This date can be confirmed via the tracking date of delivery through the delivery carrier used. We do not provide credits or refunds for defective products, rather, we provide a replacement for that specific product.

If an item is defective, we will provide you with information on how to ship it back to us or the manufacturer depending on the product when you call or email for a Return Authorization.

If the item is determined to be without a manufacturing defect upon it's return, no refund or exchange will be granted. You will be given the choice of having us dispose of the product or have it shipped back to you. If you opt for us to ship it back to you, we will bill you for the additional shipping costs to reship it.

Most of our products also have a manufacturer's warranty that can extend 90 days to 1 year. In some cases, we will refer you to the manufacturer to assist you based on their warranty guidelines.

Order Returned Due To Your Address, Failure To Pay Customs Or Pick Up

If we made an error in printing your shipping address, we will reship the order to you with no further cost to you. If you have provided us with the wrong shipping address or one that is not deliverable by our normal shipping means or you refuse to pay customs fees or arrange to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will require you to pay to have your order reshipped once we receive it back in addition to any shipping charges we incur from your failure to ensure your package arrives to its destination after we have shipped it.

We require a deliverable postal address. If you give us an address that only a certain carrier can use and we have shipped it using another, you will be responsible for us reshipping your order once we receive it back (unless we gave authorization for you to use an alternative carrier for shipping).

If your order is returned to us or unclaimed and it is no fault of our own, we will issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the products, minus shipping charges as we would have already paid those by having shipped it the first time.


If you change your mind or have made a mistake when you placed your order and the product has not already been shipped you can opt for a store credit unless it is a special order item. Special order items may not be canceled. We do not accept returns and therefore you may not cancel an order after it has been shipped.

Limitation of Liability of Products Sold

All of Holistic Wisdom, Inc.'s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to products sold on Holistic Wisdom, Inc.'s sites. The maximum liability of Holistic Wisdom, Inc. arising from any product sold on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Holistic Wisdom, Inc., it's owners, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

Return Instructions

We do not take returns for non-defective items. If returning a defective item, please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us.

Legal Action

Legal action brought against Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Vermont without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Holistic Wisdom, Inc. sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Grand Isle County, Vermont.

Restricted Areas

Certain laws and community standards across America and throughout the World require that you not access adult material. If it is illegal for you to purchase our products we are not responsible for them getting confiscated by customs.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Holistic Wisdom, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Right To Refuse Orders

An electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Holistic Wisdom, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
